Trustee Director Appointment; The Aon MasterTrust Aon is reviewing the Trustee Board of its market-leading Defined Contribution MasterTrust – a multi-employer pension scheme – and we are looking to make one change to the current Board as part of our succession planning, with effect from December 2024. It is expected that each Trustee Director will commit at least 15 days per annum to the role and will be subject to The Pension Regulator’s Fit and Proper requirements.
