Dentons takes an active approach to promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace by investing in professional development and culture initiatives. **Responsibilities and practice** The Naples office of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby is seeking a mid-level or senior-level associate with excellent experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Expected responsibilities include: + Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instruments + Direct and frequent client interaction + Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies + Designing business succession strategies + Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts + Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns + General estate, trust and tax-related research and writing + Supporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration This is a special opportunity to join a highly seasoned, sophisticated Estates practice and learn directly from accomplished, experienced practitioners.
