Beacon Hill is working with an AmLaw firm seeking a trusts and estates associate attorney with at least one (1) year of on-point sophisticated estate planning and administration experience. This position will sit in the firm's Charlotte office.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of experience working with high net worth individual and business clients, closely held businesses and corporations in drafting and structuring wills and trust documents, providing planning and tax structuring advice, etc. A tax or estate planning LLM is a plus.

Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience. Relocation assistance may be available.

Must be licensed to practice law in NC or able to gain admission quickly.
