The TS&D Lead will be an in charge of development of new technology and product that meet the needs of market or specific internal or external customer.

Your key responsibilities:

Act as a "product" representative at customers.Provide technical support to facilitate implementation of new and existing technologies and ensure the correct use of our products.Provide customer technical support on the product range and coordinate the generation of technical data necessary to qualify the product for customers and targeted applications.Provide scientific understanding of the observed phenomena, over composition, process, and performance relationship, to allow successful use of the new and existing products at customerFollow the qualification at the customers and ensure the conformity of our products to the standards in force.Validate the effectiveness of new products through laboratory, pilot line and industrial trials, and on a larger scale at customers' sites.Perform theoretical and experimental scientific and technological investigation to support new product line or new area of business.Active member of project team, you participate to global technical network and ensure knowledge transfer.

Skills

10+ years' experience in technical services and in-depth knowledge in a specialized technology area and focused applications, responsible for completing complex experiments requiring interpretation and analysis.Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own technology discipline to formulate programs and create solutions for customers and other stakeholders.Understands the products and competencies across a business segment.Guides, trains, and develops others, leading teams and coaching colleagues to solve complex problems.Leads and/or contributes to multiple projects to develop solutions, drive business adoption of technology and meet customer needs.Suggests/creates innovations, applying tested ideas or methods from other areasSolves complex problems independently; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Your qualification profile:

Plastics engineer or equivalent.Significant Knowledge of thermoplastic process, compounding, injection molding and extrusion.Knowledge of polymer materials and their formulation, organic and silicone materials.Knowledge of thermoplastic implementation techniquesFluent in English writing and speakingSense of Communication internal / external) and teamwork.Personal organization and planning.IT tools such as SAP, office automationPlan activities and respect deadlines and commitmentsKnowledge of quality requirements, ISO 9001 / 14001 and 50001, ISO TS 16949 would be a plus
