Job Description As a communications and training professional, you know how to inform, educate, and engage key audiences and help promote an organizations desired reputation. Here, youll grow your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports national defense and security priorities, as well as the technological advancement of analytical capabilities. Your specialty within our team will be spearheading the institutionalization of a compelling application video training program for our clients analytical and bring your own data (BYOD) applications serving our stakeholder communities. As a collaborator on all aspects of oral and written communications, youll create training videos, instructional documentation, website content, briefs, talking points, executive summaries, and marketing materials. You will capture application usage and process workflows in the form of training videos, aids, and documentation. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with tools like Camtasia, MS PowerPoint, Strapi, and Jira. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment  2+ years of experience in application training  2+ years of experience with developing, editing, and formatting final written communications documentation and deliverables  1+ year of experience in training video development with video software  Experience with the complete Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint  Experience with the DoD community  Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and multi-task 1+ year of experience in working directly with senior leaders  1+ year of experience with Camtasia  1+ year of experience in technical writing  Flexibility to work from both Reston and Ft.
