Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience with Configuration Management for DoD systems Experience providing configuration documentation and troubleshooting issues with the configuration management process for model management Experience with MBSE tools and processes to create and manage tailored MBSE artifacts that capture analysis and the resulting engineering decisions, and trades made during acquisition and development Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapon systems Experience conducting model-based performance simulations to determine the impact of requirements changes on system performance or behaviors Experience with MBSE tools, including MagicDraw or Cameo, Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rhapsody, Teamcenter, MATLAB, and Simulink, and the practical application of SyML, UML, and UAF Knowledge of WOSA design principles and technologies, DoD architecture standards and framework, and Agile systems engineering methods and tools Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government clients Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics Knowledge of using system models during government engineering reviews Knowledge of other system engineering disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, cybersecurity, and cyber certification processes Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including C++, Java, or Python Knowledge of Agile Project Management Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics OCSMP Fundamental Certication INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
