A Client of Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI w/Poly Software Engineer 3 to sit onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. This candidate will be working individually or as part of a team, adhering to documented requirements and utilizing appropriate software development and design methodologies. This role involves reviewing and testing software components, resolving software problems, and providing input on system designing, developing, and modifying software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models, including hardware/software trade-offs and the use of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) products. This individual will also be overseeing software development teams and ensuring Quality control of all developed and modified software to adhere customer needs.

Compensation:

$110,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
