**Join the PDS Tech Commercial team where your hard work delivers success!** Location: **Charleston, WV** Schedule: **1st Shift - 4am - 12:30pm (Tue-Sat) Rotating Shifts & On-Call Support** Pay Rate: **$26.20 per hour** **Essential Functions:** + Provides support activities in an assigned area. + Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems. + Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective. + Assist users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software. **_*Travel is required using one’s personal vehicle to provide Technology Support for Customers and the Client*_** **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Associates Degree in Computer Science required (Bachelors preferred) and A+ certification required. + Proficient/Advance skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel and Outlook + Strong communication (both verbal and written)problem solving, and decision making skills. **Other Requirements:** + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Highly organized and detail oriented + Ability to prioritize daily tasks + Willing to work various shifts + Able to work five days per week with possibility of weekends as needed due to vacation coverage or planned weekend upgrades. + Training will include shadowing existing technicians along with other training guides and material. + Training may require hours during training other than the hours posted for the position. + Hours will need to be flexible due to customer and business needs. **Pay Details:** $26.20 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
