TSSCI CI Poly Counterintelligence Analyst
Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities. Tasks may include but are not limited to:  Conduct physical/technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.  Conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures inspections  Conduct TEMPEST surveys/assessments and recommend mitigations  Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements  Research and development of policy and instruction at Agency and ICD level  Evaluate and recommend medical device approval or mitigation strategy  Conduct radio frequency direction finding mission to identify unauthorized transmitting devices  Provide technical security SME input to designated IC working groups  Develop and dissemination of workforce education for CI and Sec We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Active TS/SCI with Polygraph  TSCM Certified with experience of TEMPEST assessments  Expert level of knowledge of Radio Frequencies, direction finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes  General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cyber security, digital forensic and IT infrastructure.  Typically requires a BA degree and 12 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 13 years of prior relevant experience.  Minimum 5 year working with or in the IC. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
