We are responsible for managing, commercially and operationally, the GLOBAL SERVICE LINE – BUSINESS APLICATIONS of Telefónica Tech, whose main goal is integrating Microsoft Business Applications services in our B2B customers’ businesses.

 

YOUR DAY-TODAY WORK... 

 

Your role: To effectively manage the development teams, and to work closely with the Product Owner and customer stakeholders. To manage the sprint and the sprint backlog efficiently and effectively, whilst ensuring that all Scrum hygiene are being met and delivery is in line with sprint goals. Ensure appropriate planning and designing is taking place within the scrum, to ensure delivery in line with Sprint Backlog.

 

Accountabilities

 

Clearly communicate vision, goals, and product backlog ítems Teach participants to create clear and concise product backlog ítems Facilitate scrum events as requested or needed Remove impediments to the development team’s progress Plan scrum implementations Help FSI and customer stakeholders understand and enact Scrum Coach: Act as a coach to the team. always focussing on the team to make sure that they are capable enough to resolve the problems. Servant Leader: Be a servant leader, not master for the team but help the team to work in the most effective way. Impediment resolver: Remove any impediments faced by team or team members which is blocking the team to progress or work effectively Process Owner: Ensure the team follow the processes and adhere to the Scrum framework. Team Protector: Ensure the team should have productive hours to do the work. protect the team from outside interference to ensure the delivery does not get impacted. Undertake all mandatory company training within the timescales provided

 

AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE... 

 

5+ years’ experience in a similar role Delivered enterprise projects with teams of 10 or more to a value of at least £200k An expert understanding of Agile delivery Experience of delivering software solutions An understanding of MS Dynamics technologies

 

Education:

Systems engineering or similar Agile Scrum Certification

Implement and embed appropriate tooling Ensure project gates and controls are implemented Develops job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development Attains expertise and knowledge from others Uses technology to achieve work objectives Demonstrates an advanced level understanding of Agile Scrum methodology Demonstrates an advanced understanding of MS Dev ops Analyses numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information Breaks information into component parts, patterns, and relationships Probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem Makes rational judgements from the available information and analysis Produces workable solutions to a range of problems Demonstrates an understanding of how one issue may be part of a much larger system Set clearly defined objectives Plan activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances
