TTR Direct Representative

The Opportunity

As an Environmental Outsourcing Representative (TTR Direct Rep) at Tradebe, you will provide vital administrative support to our TTR Direct Specialists, who assist customers with disposal options for unique materials not processed by Tradebe. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and customer service, helping ensure the smooth operation of our TTR Direct services.

Key Job Responsibilities Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Schedule appointments and coordinate services for TTR Direct Industrial Service customers. Confirm appointments and arrangements with customers and third-party facilities. Create, update, and track TTR Direct Sales Orders to support operational efficiency. Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and payment processing. Prepare shipping documents for customers to facilitate the safe and compliant transport of materials. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in the environmental services industry is preferred. Familiarity with SAP or similar software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for Ability to work on-site as described in the job description Ability to read, write, and understand English
