Our mission is to ensure the security of our customer systems, accesses and procedures via currently approx. 150-200 firewalls, over 500 VPN tunnels and the DNS both in the data Centre in Munich and the external locations in Singapore, USA and the cloud systems of Azure and AWS. We also advise our customers and colleagues on new projects or migration projects.

First and foremost, you will be analyzing, optimizing and managing the customer's Tufin environmentAs well as that, you will be performing installations, configurations and upgrades of Tufin productsProviding technical support, training, and consulting services to customers will be what some of your tasks consist ofOf course the documentation, optimization and automation of existing application landscapes is also crucialYou will also provide assistance regarding the factory and customer relationship managementYou will perform installations, configurations and upgrades of the Tufin products like the Tufin SecureTrack, SecureChange and SecureApp Additionally you will provide technical support, training and consulting services to customersYou will also be of assistance in the development of custom solutions and integrations with other technologies Ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices goes without saying You will analyze, optimize and manage the Tufin environment of the customerThe development and maintenance of relationships with factories is also a very important aspect of your jobLastly, you need to understand business requirements of customers and translates into technical deploymentsYour profile for "Making the future possible".The base of your success is a successfully completed master degree in Computer Science or similarIdeally you have solid knowledge with infrastructure operations knowledge e.g. Linux, Firewall, VPN, Networking, VMware, MonitoringYou have excellent analytical skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills.You are confident in your decision-making skills but also know when to confer with your colleaguesVery good English skills, especially technical English, round off your profileYou can utilize your excellent communication skills when communicating with customers and understand the importance of customer orientationYou are enthusiastic and have a strong sense of commitmentYou possess strong analytical and conceptual skillsTeamwork is second nature to you and as such something you enjoy and are good atPrior OT Security knowledge is not necessary, but would be beneficial
