Creeler Operator
Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving.
We are currently looking to fill 8 hours 3rd shift openings. Prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
Give Tufting machine operator breaks.
Help with Backing Changes.
Creel machines.
Help catch blow backs.
Help doff rolls.
Help run knots for creel changes.
Help thread machines.
