As a Turf Senior Sales Rep, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives in the Turf and Ornamental market, while developing customer business relationships that create long term value for BASF and our customers. You will also be responsible for implementation and execution of field tactical activities that maintain and grow our product portfolio. In addition, you will function as BASF’s face to our customers, as well as many other market influencers and industry partners.
You will live within and manage a territory that consists of IA, KS, MO, NE, ND, SD, traveling up to 50% of the time. Des Moines, Kansas City, Omaha or St. Louis preferred.

Have a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field.Possess experience in the agronomic industry, such as Turf & Ornamentals, Agricultural Products, or Lawn Care & Maintenance.Have previous direct sales experience or experience as a Turf Superintendent, Lawncare, or in Ornamental sectors.Have completed formal sales training courses.Bring experience in account and territory management and planning.Have sales/marketing experience in Turf & Ornamentals and/or Pest Management markets.Create your own chemistry with you@BASF

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $89,600 - $123,200. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
