Salary:  $70,000 - $93,500

Focus: The Turnaround Cost Controller is responsible for assisting in proactively managing the maintenance budget through detailed estimating, accurate forecasting, and cost closure. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a basic understanding and knowledge of the Company's operation and a high level of tact and integrity. 


Turnaround Cost Controller Essential Job Functions:

Build estimates for assigned worklist that incorporates all planned scopes Track all costs on the assigned accounts; analyze vendor reporting and cost estimates for variances from established plan Utilize all tools available to provide leadership with accurate estimates and forecasts for all assigned accounts; handle routine and non-routine administrative tasks with little direction from supervisor Work with cost accountant to ensure that all forecasting and accruals are submitted in accordance with company policy
Assist in payroll confirmations, facilitated through Olin’s Kronos Time and Absence Management tool
Turnaround Cost Controller Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree* in Accounting, Business, or similar field preferred Minimum of 2 years of related experience; manufacturing environment experience preferred High proficiency in Excel Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of GAAP and Maintenance Work Process (MWP) preferred Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations with tact Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred  Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
