Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $60/hourLocation: Malaga, NMWork Schedule: M-F / 60 hours+Assignment Duration: Long termBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and Holidays Local applicants highly preferredPosition includes per diem and truck allowance Responsibilities Coordinates meetings and meeting material for a variety of management meetings and workshops; directs and leads others to achieve flawless execution of these eventsPrepare and develop management presentations; engage with various business teams to gather and hone information inputsCreate, compile, format and review project status reportsReview presentation and reporting content with project managementGather information from various support groups, project managers, and project team membersAssists planning & reporting team members to facilitate reviews of project and affiliate business materialAssists in the monitoring/stewarding / reporting the performance of the projectThis position frequently interfaces with planning & reporting team members, the Performance and Resources (P&R) Team Lead, and other members of the Project Team (PT)Data analysis in spreadsheetsFormatting presentations, data setsOrganizing electronic information on SharePoint and LAN; designing and managing SharePoint team sites and ensuring archival of all relevant project documentationComplex database administration, responsible for data integrity, data compilation/analysis/ manipulation, generating reports/charts, complex Excel spreadsheets, administering systems/programs, subject matter expert in areas of planning & reporting, use specialized software, contract management, cost monitoring/accruals, service/work orders, requisitioningCreate and maintain project presentations and important files in an organized manner Qualifications Experience in oil and gas or large corporation industry preferredProven on-the-job capability/skills/leadershipIndependent/proactive business judgment skillsStrongest interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAdvanced analytical, and computing (PowerPoint, Excel) skillsAbility to multitask and respond quickly to urgent analysis requestsAdaptability to changing prioritiesHighest level of professional maturity as frequent interactions with senior management and external partiesStrong work ethic; self-motivated with excellent work organization skillsHighest attention to detailProactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of urgencyHighest level of confidentiality (dealing with sensitive company management information)Must be able to work in multicultural and team environments *Ability to handle high volumes of information and stay organizedPrompt responsiveness
