Title: Turnaround Planner/Coordinator

Focus: In your role as a Turnaround Planner/Coordinator, you will use the Global Turnaround Work Process and department operating discipline to create detailed job packages from perform maintenance scopes, incorporating excellent EH&S planning and quality control into the packages and building high levels of productivity into the job plans.
Turnaround Planner/Coordinator Essential Job Functions:
Review work orders for technical completeness and return to gatekeeper for any necessary revisions
Prepare job package in SAP to include: labor, tools, equipment, materials and services required to complete the job, as well as cost estimates; make field visits when needed to complete job plans
Identify task activities necessary to execute job, identify/solicit safety information and requirements to perform job tasks, and plan job sequences for all disciplines; consider constructability, maintainability, and cost when developing plans and requesting materials
Act as the focal point to resolve obstacles during execution of planned jobs by assisting others to understand job package and scope; track planning effectiveness and improve the plans as neededManage and maintain job backlog
Turnaround Planner/Coordinator Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of craft maintenance, maintenance planning, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical industry experience preferred
Strong planning, scheduling, organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency planning jobs in SAP (MSMS) strongly preferred
Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
Ability to safely use the safety harness rated for 300 lbs
Ability to work 4 - 10's, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and nights
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
