Preferred Qualifications:
Basic English language communications required.
Excellent customer services skills.
Physical role requiring repetitive heavy lifting items weighing up to 25+ pounds, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and kneeling.
Requires full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Perform evening turndown service, including turning down the bed, closing drapes, dimming lights, and providing turndown amenities.
Replace used towels, toiletries, and other amenities to ensure the room is fully stocked and guest-ready.
Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy, including straightening up personal items, emptying trash, and organizing furniture.
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner if encountered during turndown service.
Address any guest requests or preferences, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.
Maneuver turndown attendant carts with supplies, amenities, clean linen, and keep turndown attendant carts clean and organized.
Operate a Smartphone device to access Guest room assignments and report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair submitting work orders.
Cleans and sanitizes all rooms and bathrooms.
Comply with OSHA regulations and Loews Hotels cleaning policies, training guidelines and procedures.
Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
