Our client, a leading EPC company, are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turnover Engineer to join their pharmaceutical construction project team. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive turnover strategies and plans in alignment with project timelines and GMP requirements. Coordinate closely with construction, commissioning, and validation teams to ensure seamless handover of project deliverables. Prepare and manage detailed turnover documentation, including handover packages, checklists, and records, adhering to regulatory standards. Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of completed construction work to verify compliance with project specifications, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve turnover-related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate turnover of their respective work packages, meeting GMP standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the turnover process. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnover efficiency and effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry.
