This role is part of our Disney Advertising team in Spain and is offered as a fixed-term contract through the end of the year.
What you will do :
Feed Mydas with all necessary historic data for the release.Reception and request of purchase orders negotiated by the sales team from/to the clients. Control of the campaign parameters and negotiated conditions, creating and planning campaigns, and being responsible for effective campaign delivery.Reception and request of commercial materials to be aired for the campaigns planned. Create, update and approve material data (technical quality control, internal Compliance and Legal approvals)Daily relationship with the clients for verification and approval of bookings, control of the targets and counteroffer bookings as well as for asking the materials and reporting all the compliance/legal/technical quality control issues found with them.Control of legal breaks limits and legal limits occupancy requirements.Responsible for the commercial schedule optimization, doing the necessary arrangements on the ad sales schedule to meet the negotiated conditions.Daily Reconciliation of the Ad Sales playlist.Prepare, send and approval track for all the pre-invoices to be sent (fortnights and monthly ones) to the agencies, and send the monthly pre-invoices to Ad Sales Finance Manager to be sent to SAPWork in Excel, Infosys, Mydas, Ad stream.Required Qualifications& Skills
