As a Two Screw Operator, you will work to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities

2nd shift: 3:00-11:30pm Flexibility needed for 8 hour shifts on compounding lines and mixing equipment. Startup batches using Extrusion twin screw compounding process and Human Machine Interface (HMI) to produce in spec material Work on packaging line- assemble and fill boxes; when necessary, add discrepancies to cycle count. Operate load/unload feeders, blenders, and packaging line Record data from lines and enter data onto batch sheets Ensure we meet all HACCP requirements in extrusion Complete Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRAs)

You bring

Basic Math skills (required) Ability to lift up to 50lbs to move material from sacks into equipment (required) Manufacturing experience in extrusion (preferred)
