We are looking for Domain Support Specialist SRF to be responsible for fulfillment activities related to TX & IP during maintenance window (day/night) that will prevent recurrences and ensure continuous improvement of our managed services.
 
What you will do
 
Perform fulfillment activities related to TX & IP during maintenance window (day/night).
Perform trend analysis to proactively detect possible failures. This shall ensure restoration and repair as a result of its own analysis or domain support Service Function processes.
Configuring transmission netwoks including mediums as microwaves, fiber optic, ethernet technologies and network nodes like routers, OLTs, microwave equipments etc. (unsing as process - Change management);
Improve and drive recovery processes.
 
You will bring
 
Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with telephony switching principles, transport networks, access networks, traffic concept, telecommunication networks & signaling, voice and data flows, value Added services
Understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G. Good knowledge of microwaves, fiber optic, ethernet technologies and network nodes like routers, OLTs, microwave equipments etc
Analytical and synthesis capabilities
Knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment’s
Good french minimum A2 profiency needed.
