U3000 Regional Implementation Specialist - Remote
**_External applicants must have prior Cigna Account Installation or Implementation experience_** The Implementation Specialist will support a book of business managing the implementation process for clients in the Regional Market on the Client Implementation Team. The book of business will consist of various complexities for medical, dental, and vision accounts. **Responsibilities:** The Implementation Specialist will have the following responsibilities for the implementation process for clients in the Regional Market: + Communicate openly with Implementation Manager and other matrix partners as needed to answer benefit questions related to plan designs, client’s intent including but not limited to the assessment of non-standards and ability to identify recommendations that efficiently manage client needs. + Partner with Implementation Manager as needed to answer benefit questions related to plan designs, client’s plan interpretation, and Cigna's service administration capabilities. + Ensure source documents are maintained in document storage process. + Attend internal strategy meetings to assist Implementation Manager with preparing for client interface session. + May attend client meetings to participate and provide support as needed on functional implementation processes. + Reviews and analyzes implementation materials to create and maintain work order (ePro). Acts as an ePro expert. + Determine if ePro inspection is required, partner with downstream areas to ensure ePro inspection is completed and review results. + Partner with the ePro Analyst to determine ePro updates. + Provide support on end-to-end audits as needed to review disjoints in source documents and assist Implementation Manager. + Coordinate with Implementation Manager on maintenance activity/updates as needed + Ensure ePro tool documents are reviewed as needed and all updates/changes including benefits appropriately align to expected plan designs. + Ensure all source documents are IGO with standard timing; working to decrease overall installation cycle time. + Oversee the creation of the Benefit Summary including the accuracy with client intent + Demonstrate active participation in scheduled huddle meetings, team meetings and one-on-one meetings. + Attend and participate in ongoing forums, training sessions and other meetings to enhance continuous knowledge for the role including any assigned courses through Cigna University. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. + Detailed knowledge of Cigna's administrative capabilities including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing and banking required. + 3+ years' work experience in project management/account management/account services/sales, or other areas requiring significant client interaction and ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution. Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations. + Demonstrated strength and understanding of customer expectations and "sense of urgency" resulting in the ability to influence the organization to meet and exceed customer expectations. + Strong analytical ability, with ability to design, track, and work toward specific measurable performance targets for self and team. + Ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities and deadlines, work independently and pro-actively, negotiate and manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions and creatively problem-solve effective customer solutions. + Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization. + Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills in fast-paced environment. + Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution. + Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations. + Proficiency and a minimum five years of experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems). + Demonstrated interpersonal skills. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 54,100 - 90,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
