Program Summary
The KBR UABOS Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT – INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Moron Air Base in Spain. These services are delivered to support the 39th Air Base Wing, mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. The program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of UABOS and its associated units.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the Liquid Fuels shop.
Operate, maintain, inspect, repair, and logistically support liquid fuel storage, distribution, and dispensing systems.
Participate in the communication and execution of a robust and vital safety program
Efficiently manage and prioritize work schedules to ensure compliance with time and quality requirements.
Open, coordinate and manage work tasks utilizing established tools and processes.
Monitor and facilitate the pursuit of opportunities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strategic prioritization.
Provide updates to Civil Engineer leadership concerning work tasks and project development to facilitate decision-making processes.
Interpret, and apply applicable reference material such as regulations, manuals, catalogs, records, orders, to accomplish tasks and resolve complex problems and/or deviations from normal management procedures or program requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver’s License (minimum “C” Class)
Must be fluent in English.
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
Must possess driver's license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
Must hold and active DoD Base clearance or be able to obtain this clearance prior to deployment and must maintain such clearance for the duration of employment in this role.
Shall have ten years’ experience (5 of those 10 in supervision) as a qualified liquid fuels systems maintenance technician.
Shall have knowledge of HN requirements and NFPA standards to maintain fuel systems.
Understand the physiological effects, characteristics, and hazards of liquid fuel products.
Shall have completed Liquid Fuels Maintenance Apprentice (J3ABR3E432–003) course or commercial equivalents.
Shall have completed confined space training IAW AFOSHSTD 91–25 or commercial equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Liquid Fuels Storage Tank Entry Supervisor (J3AZR3E472–000) course also preferred.
