Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As a Head of the Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) you will manage the effective functioning of the UAP Team, as well as the HR issues of the team members.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitor production plans, as well as the Group's standard processes (PDP, PIC).Guarantee the viability of production plans.Achieve the economic objectives: prepare and present the budget of the Production Unit.Manage actual production costs based on "ideal" costs, maintain margin on products, and monitor serial production (labour level, material consumption, etc.).Manage the UAP team: guarantee adequate personnel resources, maintain the work environment in accordance with the Group's Safety, Hygiene and Environment regulations.Ensure the development and training of team members, carrying out their annual training plan and following up on the training record of their people and category changes.Participate in career management initiatives for his/her N-1Act as the official representative of the plant before the client: satisfy the specifications established with the client regarding cycle time, supply, 8 Basic Quality, volume and costs.Implement preventive and corrective measures on the production process to ensure that customer requirements are adequately met; Coordinate with the client's quality team to meet all of their standards.Implement action plans in order to improve productivity / functionality and to achieve the objectives of the Group and the program.Participate in the creation of Efficiency projects for the Production and Administration System.Maintain scorecard indicators and status reports to monitor lead-time, supply chain targets, HSE performance, etc.Comply with and enforce Forvia's code of ethics and administration code.Your profile and competencies to succeed
