Your mission, roles and responsibilities Main responsibilities:Monitor production plans as well as the Group's standard processes; ensure the viability of production plans.Achieve the economic objectives: prepare and present the budget of the Production Unit; manage actual production costs based on "ideal" costs; maintain the margin of the products and supervise the mass production (at the labor level, consumption of materials, etc.).Manage the UAP team: ensure adequate staff resources, maintain the working environment according to the Group's Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) standards, identify and advise on training needs, share information (transparency), participate in career management initiatives, etc.Act as the official representative of the plant to the customer: satisfy the specifications established with the customer concerning cycle time, supply, quality, quantity and costs; implementpreventive and corrective measures on the production process to ensure that customer requirements are properly met; There is a customer satisfaction representative on the floor.Implement action plans in order to improve productivity / functionality and to achieve the objectives of the Group and the program; Make the necessary corrective adjustments.Responsible for administrative process (applicable) of the quality management system.Interrupt the manufacture or shipment of products when Quality cannot be guaranteed.Participate in the creation of Production System Efficiency projects.Maintain dashboard indicators and status reports to monitor production time, supply chain objectives, HSE performance, etc.Your profile and competencies to succeed Candidate RequirementsEngineering with specialization in Production.Minimum experience of 5 years in production.Functional EnglishWhat we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
