Your mission, roles and responsibilities

- active management of a team of shift operators and GAP leaders

- participation on the selection of new employees

- planning people for shifts

- training and regular retraining of employees, in cooperation with the manager, planning employee development

- ensuring and approving polyvalence

- responsibility for monthly processing of employee attendance

- guidance and management of GAP leaders

- together with the plant manager defining goals for GAPs

- in case of identification of deviations in the process/product, stopping the production line and ensuring follow-up steps

- implementation of improvement proposals

- monitoring, control, measurement, updating and auditing of standardized work procedures

- initiating and managing actions to improve individual processes

- responsibility for ensuring health, safety, environmental protection and suitable working conditions

- representing the plant manager

Personal requirements and skills
- experience in the position of Production Supervisor/Shift Master for at least 2 years
- experience in the automotive environment
- very good decision-making skills, ability to respond promptly to emerging situations - natural authority and natural respect
- willingness to occasionally work during the weekend
- technical skills, TPM, 5S, KANBAN
