Additional Responsibilities
The Assurance Technology Testing Center is seeking an experienced assurance senior for a tour as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitator. Individuals must be able to lead and motivate large groups of junior staff both in Tampa, virtually and offshore.Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating software testing with product owners;
- Facilitating testing by staff from the assurance practice;
- Training testers on the software to be tested; and,
- Investigating defects identified during testing.

Additional Educational Requirements (BQ)
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving either audit (core or risk assurance) or software quality assurance experience; 3 years leading multiple teams.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ)
2 year(s) of either audit (core or risk assurance) or software quality assurance experience.

Certification(s) Preferred
Candidates must maintain the credentialing requirements set for their respective home practice.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Demonstrates project management skills, leadership and collaboration on and with large teams, including prior success in roles leading and/or working with virtual teams;
- Changes agility and the ability to develop and present innovative solutions, including a desire to improve processes;
- Exhibits proven abilities and success with applying appropriate technical accounting and auditing standards, industry practices, and audit strategy development;
- Implements innovation technologies to digitally enable processes (UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau);
- Understands technical accounting and auditing standards knowledge, as evidenced by progressing at or above the senior level in the area of Technical Capabilities;
- Understands the various Assurance applications used during the audit; and,
- Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in technology (Google Drive, Windows, Microsoft Office, iOS and/or Android).

The salary range for this position is: $82,000 - $204,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
