Define and implement the Unified Collaboration and Communication strategy, aligning it with BFSI business and IT objectives.
Collaboration & Messaging Management:Oversee Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user adoption.
Security & Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to BFSI regulatory standards, with a focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mimecast for email security, encryption, access control, and compliance audits.
Voice & Telephony Services:Manage and enhance Voice Recording solutions to ensure seamless communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mobility & BYOD Strategy:Define and implement secure corporate and BYOD mobility strategies, ensuring secure access to corporate resources.
Implementation & Design:Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of collaboration and communication tools.
Incident & Problem Management:Ensure quick resolution of service-related incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future disruptions.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure user needs are met and services continuously evolve.
Vendor & Supplier Management:Manage relationships with technology providers and service vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and quality service delivery.
IT Service Management (ITSM):Implement and maintain ITIL best practices, including change, asset, and configuration management.
Automation & Innovation:Drive automation and self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:Track key SLAs, KPIs, and ensure continuous service improvement initiatives.
Budget & Cost Management:Manage financial budgets for Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) services, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of IT service management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on Unified Communication & Collaboration within the BFSI sector.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of M365, Exchange, DLP, Mimecast, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Voice Recording, and Mobility (Corporate & BYOD).
Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in BFSI compliance requirements related to communication security, data protection, and risk management.
Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions, hybrid Exchange environments, and AI-driven communication tools.
Familiarity with networking, voice gateways, SBCs, and enterprise mobility management solutions.
