Expected Salary: Commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Requirements: Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience. Preferred Qualifications: + Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine + Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
