UFS Key Account Assistant Manager
JOB TITLE: UFS Key Account Assistant Manager JOB LOCATION: Seoul, Korea KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Achieve the sales and KPI targets with the respective Strategic Partner/ Partner Distribution customers by aggressive growth + Strengthen the listing and availability of the products in the dedicated to sell Key Accounts customers and increase the sales volume of the product + Increase the reach and sales volume in trade / crucial operator customer via new customer development + Co-develop the sales activities plan and execute in General Trade Food/ culinary category together with the marketing / chefmanship and Sales Operation team + Capable market/ trade intelligence and report the competitor information in time and take the relevant action to protect company's business + Improve the productivity of the sales activity and provide build capability of DSR (Distributor Sales Rep) + Develop business distribution partner and explore potential new business partners to grow HORECA channel in long term for FOOD Category + Prepare sales analysis to understand and monitor business situation + Independently work with business (Distribution) partners to organize and execute sales activities/co-promotion: food demo, sales blitz, sales briefing and joint call to generate incremental sales + Conduct regular business reviews and visits to key customers to ensue sales delivery + Experienced customer development via both GT & Operator/ strong sales B2B methodology & implementation + Manage inventory of the dedicated push customers to pre-empt OOS and maintain effective supply chains from wholesalers to free trade KEY REQUIREMENTS: + Bachelor's degree, in experience in a quantitative field where you gained experience in Business Intelligence, Sales, sales/ operation excellence, or other relevant aspects + Experience in Food & Beverage industries, mandatory B2B Channel & Big company, Franchise account development + Having an in-depth understanding of data analysis + Strong experience in Field sales (distribution acumen) + Manageable communication in English Essential: + Minimum 5 years relevant F&B Sales Manager/ Field Sales /account manager + B2B Trade Customer/Distribution business /Food service industry / international culinary products understanding + Proven record of Major top 5 big company distribution/ Experience in Food service industry in solution business Desirable: + SAP data system/ numeric ability excellence Unilever es una organización comprometida con la equidad, la inclusión y la diversidad para impulsar los resultados de nuestro negocio y crear un futuro mejor, cada día, para nuestros diversos empleados, consumidores globales, socios y comunidades.
