Join us! **Job Description:** The Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) Solutions team provides differentiated solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of UHNW clients, such as risk mitigation strategies in concentrated stock, interest rates, FX, and commodities, as well as balance sheet optimization and income generating strategies. The Platform Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day execution of the Exchange Funds and Options Overlay platforms; two critical and differentiated solutions made available to qualified wealth management clients. Additionally, the individual will partner closely with other areas within Markets and beyond to drive successful execution of both growth and key business initiatives. **Job Responsibilities:** + Execution of Exchange Fund and Options Overlay platform activities including strategy development, product development, business performance oversight and continuous monitoring of industry trends including risks and opportunities + The individual will partner with distribution teams to identify opportunities, deliver education/training and enhance the client and advisor experience. + Handle all aspects of the relationship with asset managers including negotiations of agreements, fees, marketing strategy, product development discussions, and ongoing support. + Partner with operations, legal, risk, compliance, and the Chief Investment Office to deliver a strong operating platform. + The platform specialist will also be responsible to ensure adherence to a strict responsible growth framework working closely with business and control partners in ISG and the broader wealth management businesses. **Skills:** + Analytical Thinking + Customer and Client Focus + Financial Management + Presentation Skills + Risk Management + Business Development + Client Management + Client Solutions Advisory + Market Analysis + Negotiation + Causation Analysis + Financial Forecasting and Modeling + Product Management + Relationship Building + Result Orientation **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of relative financial industry experience + 5+ years of origination and strategy development experience + Ability to perform in a range of situations, managing long term project development, interfacing with financial advisors, and navigating through critical business management topics. + Effective communication of complex ideas, the ability to think critically about business processes, and the mindset to challenge existing premises. + The ideal candidate will be familiar with wealth management business and our broader enterprise and mindful of risk in our operating environment. + Registration (7, 66) required. **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
