Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UI Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! Job Summary: We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team and help create visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers. Key Responsibilities: + Design and implement aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. + Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity visual designs. + Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products. + Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide necessary assets for implementation. + Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and user research. + Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. + Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various screen sizes and devices. Requirements Qualifications: + Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field preferred. Minimum of [X] years of UI design experience. + Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. + Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles. + Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. + Experience with design systems and component-based UI design.
