Job Description:  UI Engineer

Responsibilities:

Work in an Agile environment.Improve our styling architecture to make it more maintainable and globally shareable with a number of different clients. This includes style guide, global components (think “internal bootstrap”) and more.Collaborate with the development teams in creation of new UIs to ensure the UI meets our standards.Collaborate with the  creative and UX teams in the development of ad-hoc landing pages as part of brand campaigns.Maintain awareness of industry trends and emergent technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.At least 3 years’ experience developing front end for multi-tiered enterprise-grade web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery.Strong working knowledge of Angular 4.Strong working knowledge of Typescript.Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.Strong understanding of RESTful web services.Understanding of Relational DBMS, ability to write SQL queries.Understanding of OO concepts.Grasp of Responsive Design is a nice to have: knowledge of state management via Redux or NGRX.Strong communication skills.Experience in graphics and design a plus.
