These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.Those in Salesforce user experience at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for enhancing the user experience of various applications. You will analyse user needs, design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise user engagement, increase user satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience (UX) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating mockup wireframes and screen designs to visually represent business flows and user interfaces. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure a seamless end-user experience while supporting the requirements definition process. Experience in Salesforce and UI scripting is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Wireframing:
Create intuitive and visually appealing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate user journeys, business flows, and screen layouts.
Utilize wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
User Experience Representation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
Present designs to stakeholders to gain approval and refine based on feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Partner with development teams to maintain consistency and implement designs effectively.
Salesforce Experience:
Where applicable, design user interfaces and experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging its capabilities to meet business needs.
UI Scripting (Optional/Nice to Have):
Contribute to front-end development efforts, creating responsive and functional user interfaces using modern UI scripting frameworks and languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, wireframing, or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Familiarity with design systems and usability guidelines.
Experience in Salesforce (nice to have).
Knowledge of UI scripting languages (nice to have).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
