Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Presents and defends designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Plans and conducts user research, user testing, and evaluates user feedback. Ensures that approved prototypes are followed by implementing fidelity checks during and/or after development. Promotes design usability guidelines, best practices, and standards.
