IntelliBridge is looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to join our growing team!

The role operates in a SAFe based Agile environment and requires an understanding of the full software lifecycle, including DevSecOps implementations, Software Development, System Integration, Infrastructure Management and Cyber Security.

As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering a quality online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.

Plan and implement designs Optimize existing user interface designsTest for intuitive use and experienceCommunicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectivesDevelop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutionsCombine creativity with an awareness of the design elementsCreate prototypes for product ideasTest ideas before implementing Conduct ongoing user research

Required Skills and Competencies:
 The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

UI design portfolioExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to discuss and explain design optionsDetail orientedCritical thinkerProblem solver and customer-centeredKnowledge of Adobe range of products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and DreamweaverExperience with HTML5 & CSS3

Desired Skills:

A proven track record of proactively identifying and solving problemsFamiliarity with IT-related artifacts, such as architecture diagrams, use cases, activity diagrams, etc.Self-driven and independently committedAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (a degree in Computer Science desirable)Minimum of 5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar roleCandidates without a college degree will be considered, but must have at least 8+ years of relevant design engineering experience
