Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. Job Responsibilities: As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:   + Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. + Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. + Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency. + Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. + Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implement designs with attention to detail. + Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain design documentation. + Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow. Qualification :   + Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. + Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. + Experience conducting user research and usability testing. + Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Tools & Technologies:   + Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. + Experience working with development teams and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. + Knowledge of motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Invision Studio) is desirable.   Powered by JazzHR
