Strategic:

Define UI/UX methodology and standards for products for Sirius Digitech International Limited. Keep abreast of Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research and Computer Vision based competitor products and industry trends.

Operational:

Understand product specifications and user psychology. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. Create personas through user research and data. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. Explore creative solutions to user problems, such as usability and findability. Work with Product managers to implement functional & attractive designs. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with business end users and other stakeholders to deliver a world-class user experience. Collaborate with product management and project teams to implement the user experience/interface as designed. Work with our SDIL team to develop an appreciation for UI/UX and develop a basic capability within the team for understanding user journeys

 

Experience:  8+ years of professional experience in User Experience & Interface Design (Interaction + Visual) or a similar role for Industrial, SaaS & AI Software Design. Strong portfolio of design projects for data-driven applications. Good understanding of user-centered design principles across platforms. Familiarity with Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Hands-on knowledge of creating user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design for industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, logistics, etc. Skills:  Proficiency in standard design tools plus hand drawing. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Understanding of Android/iOS Design Elements is a plus. Problem-solving aptitude. Analytical mind with a business acumen. Excellent communication skills.
