Principal responsibilities

Adopt iterative user centred design approach and provide design service to various digital productsProduce user experience design, including requirement visualization, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, detailed UI designs, interactive prototypes etc.Conduct design activities according to internal design process and standardCommunicate designs to various stakeholdersMaintain design artefacts, such as design toolkits and various documentationPerform UI quality checks and provide consultancy to development teamParticipate in usability testing

Must be experienced in Figma for UX/UI design and producing quality design artefactsAdvantage if have experience in other design software such as Sketch, Adobe Illustration, Adobe XD, Principle, Zeplin, inVision, Flinto, Hype, Adobe AfterEffect etc.Sound understanding of the user-centred design processAdvantage if have previous experience in the digital banking space and strong understanding of consumer finance products across multiple marketsPreferably with experience in corporate designMinimum of 2 years’ working experience in UX/UI designA diploma/degree in design related subject

Soft skills

Appreciates good UX/UI design and be able to explain whyFocus on details and aim for pixel perfect designExcellent in written and spoken English, and can communicate comfortably in full English environmentStrong communication skills for navigating through business requirementsQuick learner on new digital and UX/UI trend and technologiesMultitasking – Feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at any timeTeam player
