Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to foster data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users. Requirements: * Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniques * Analyze user's behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover customer pain points and unmet needs * Conduct a range of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing * Synthesize and present research findings in context * Leverage human centered design principles to develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be done * Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to regularly integrate user feedback into the product design and development process * Ability to accurately scope research initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders * Leverage existing data and ability to tie insights to analytics * Work in a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprints * Effectively manage vendor partner relationships ensuring that output meets internal expectations
