Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an UIPath Automation Developer. Position Highlights: Responsible for all the functions of UI Path software design and development. Provide technical analysis, make appropriate recommendations, communicate thoroughly, develop, test, implement software through lifecycle delivering on-time solutions. Position Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and test technology solutions to meet business requirements. Create System Design Documentation (SDD) for technology applications. Collaborate with Managed Services RPA Vendor to support RPA roadmap delivery. Plan, coordinate, assist in the delivery of technology projects. Apply knowledge of business processes to analyze options, assist in definitions of requirements, create functional/technical designs for technology solutions to business problems. Develop reporting & analytical solutions to turn data into business insights. Support UAT Testing with Business Users as required. Provide production support for user support tickets. Plan, implement, and maintain security measures in developing the software and throughout software lifecycle. Provide expertise to stakeholders on UIPath platform and capabilities such as RPA, AI, Document Understanding, Low-code App, Data and Integration Services, Machine Learning and new capabilities available in UIPath releases. Provide expertise to stakeholders on Automation processes that run across multiple systems/ platforms and multiple business processes. Collaborate with RPA/ AI Business Analyst and other systems’ Business Analysts in ongoing production support, project implementations Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management 3 or more years of experience in developing UIPath Robotic Process Automation / Intelligent Automation / AI as a UiPath Developer 2 or more years of experience in SQL database configuration, writing SQL queries, and troubleshooting 2 or more years of experience in Python is preferred. UiPath Certification (Certified UIPath Developer) Experiences in the following: UIPath Studio Web, UIPath Apps, UIPath Document Understanding, UIPath Orchestrator, UIPath AI Center, UIPath Data Service, UIPath Integration Service. Experiences leveraging UIPath GenAI, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM and other capabilities in UIPath Cloud Platform. Experiences with DevOps / collaboration tools. Experiences with product delivery within an agile methodology framework. Skills: Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s business processes and how business processes interact with key systems’ functionalities including Oracle JD Edwards ERP, Hyphen BuildPro, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems Knowledge of technology infrastructure including servers, network, security framework is a plus. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in business applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio, SharePoint), DocuSign, LaserFiche, Microsoft Browser, Google Browser. Advanced analytical, critical thinking skills and the demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly, comprehensively and creatively. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across both technical and business teams at all levels of the organization. Strong organization skills with attention to details Self-directed individual with excellent follow-through of activities. Ability to work well within a team environment. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and achieve quality results. Physical Requirements: Sedentary for extended periods Repetitive motion such as typing Visual acuity required for detailed computer work Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $115,900 - $134,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
