As part of our expanding U.S. AI and Automation practice and a trusted UiPath Platinum partner, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions. This position can be performed from our, Lafayette, LA, Cary, NC, NYC, NY, New Brunswick, NJ, or Plymouth Meeting, PA offices. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Provide expert guidance on infrastructure planning and platform architecture for UiPath solutions. • Evaluate potential automation candidates and contribute to prioritization strategies to maximize business value. • Design detailed and robust technical solutions for UiPath automation projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency. • Develop both attended and unattended UiPath automation solutions, leveraging best practices and the latest platform features. • Assist the U.S. AI and Automation Practice with business development activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals. • Provide oversight and technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to UiPath best practices and standards. • Conduct comprehensive design and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with architectural standards. Mentor and train developers to enhance their UiPath expertise, promoting skill development and professional growth **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • 10+ years of overall professional experience in technology or software development. • At least 4 years in a technical architect role, with a focus on designing and implementing enterprise solutions. • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath architecture and development. Certifications and Training: • UiPath Solution Architect certification (preferred). • UiPath Infrastructure Engineer training (preferred). Technical Expertise: • Proven experience with UiPath Automation Suite and Cloud (required). • Familiarity with UiPath Action Center, AI Center, and Document Understanding (preferred). • Knowledge of UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and AutoPilot (preferred). • Experience with Generative AI and its applications (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (VB and C#) or VBA. • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. • Experience working with APIs and databases. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS (preferred). Soft Skills: • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Technical Tools: • Proficient use of Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,500- $209,100.
