Leads a small team which delivers non-standard output and might be required to provide in-fab engineering support (if relevant). Coordinates multiple activities which are specific as to objective and content. The work activities require intermediate vocational working and thinking level.

RequirementsSolid experience in field/operations management. Experienced in leading or influencing a team in a complex customer facing environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field is required and Masters Degree is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy ImplementationCoordinates and ensures execution of plan, time horizon is typically up to 1-2 months
Lead and drive the realization of planned results, monitor customer satisfaction, handle and/or monitor the handling of escalations, manage relationships with customers, monitor key performance indicators and take corrective measures if needed.
Business Optimization & Organizaitonal DevelopmentSignals and identifies possibilities for process optimization in own team and leads implementation.
