UK, Eire & EU Service Engineer

We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to work in our Service and Parts team. The successful candidate will join an existing team that is responsible for providing the highest standards of customer service, helping to identify and supply replacement spare parts and providing help and advice on machine operation, maintenance and repair. The role is predominantly focused on providing maintenance and repair assistance, both remotely and where required, on site to dealers and end users as well as being responsible for the Trimax warranty administration process for the UK, Eire and EU. The role will also assist the busy production team with new machine PDI and Demo fleet maintenance.

 

What our Service and Parts team do  

Handle dealer and customer Aftersales enquiries Supply Trimax customers and dealers with industry leading Service and Parts support Manage the Trimax Warranty processing for UK, Eire and EU markets  Work closely with all Trimax teams to support "Customer First" culture 

 

Ideally the successful candidate will  

Have 5 years experience working in a Service environment on both mechanical and electrical systems Have good experience in workshop and on site machine repairs Have good hands on experience with Microsoft IT applications  Have good customer facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, owners and operators as well as internally within Trimax  Have a keen eye for detail  Create accurate job reports of work carried out   Be willing to spend nights away from home and have a "stay till the jobs done" mentality Be willing to support trade and dealer events where required

 

Most Importantly, regardless of previous experience, the successful candidate will  

Have the ability and will to learn new skills and adapt to new processes  Be self motivated and tenacious  Be adaptable and able to work in a team 

 

Hours  

Mon - Fri  08:00 - 16:30
