The Role:
As an Analytical Editorial Operations Manager, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional analytical content for Legal and Tax Markets portfolios and exam materials. You will drive content innovations, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.The role reports to the Head of UK Analytical Editorial Operations.Responsibilities:Lead a team of editors to create, maintain, and deliver high-quality analytical content for various portfolios.Drive content innovations and enhance operational effectiveness, including leveraging AI and automation. Set and elevate performance expectations; manage metrics dashboards and production schedules. Foster a collaborative global team, sharing best practices and improving workflows.Develop a cross-trained team to handle production surges.Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations. Collaborate with commercial stakeholders and global teams. Occasionally travel as needed.Experience :
Experience in publishing or content management.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Collaborative management style with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.Business acumen and data analysis skills. Excellent organization, project planning, and time management.Strong process orientation and experience in developing consistent processes.Experience supporting a team through organizational change.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
