UK Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a driving force behind Marigold's overall growth as you fill our Sales team’s pipeline with qualified sales leads. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company where career growth opportunities exist for those that are motivated.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage lead development pipeline, through inbound and outbound activitiesCollaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, supporting campaigns and creating engagement with prospects for touchpoints such as trade shows, webinars and other eventsQualify leads and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through calls, emails and social networkProvide quality research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting callsProactively communicate Marigold’s products and industry knowledge relevant to prospects’ needsCRM update on activity and provide accurate forecasts and weekly reports

Ideal Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor degree or have equivalent level of experienceHave 2-3 years of business development, sales experience, marketing experience, or related fieldsAre able to identify the real driver behind prospects’ stated needsDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skillsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsBring resilience and ambition with a strong desire to improveExperience selling SaaS applications or marketing automation software a plusExperience with SF, Outreach is a plus
