evoke are seeking a Compliance Operations Optimisation Lead to streamline and enhance our compliance processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory alignment across all business functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders – Compliance Operations teams, Assurance, Risk, QA, Compliance Policy, Audit, Customer Operations, AI & Automation..In this role you will ensure that regulatory requirements, internal policies, and appropriate customer outcomes are delivered, driving regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at turning insights into action, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.
What you will be doing
Coordinate with QA, assurance, and audit functions to understand and interrogate root cause analysis and forward-looking actions to drive improvements in customer and compliance outcomes Collaborate with AI/automation team to identify and coordinate appropriate use of tools to drive optimisation of first- and second-line compliance operations Review oversight of first- and second-line operational processes including QA, considering implementation and effectiveness against regulatory requirements and recommend improvements Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer and compliance outcomes
