UK - Crawford TPA - Global Client Executive Job Locations UK-Milton Keynes Requisition ID 2024-26699 # of Openings 1 Region (UK) UK Business Unit BUK_TPA UK Position Summary Manage the customer relationship at multiple levels for existing portfolio of clients.Responsible for value delivery to clients including plan performance, account management and service results.Manage new business and growth opportunities with existing & new Crawford clients. Functional Knowledge Resolution of issues as and when they arise.Ability to constructively provide internal and external feedbackAccurate record keepingAbility to work at a senior level within the company and the clientEffective negotiating skills General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications Good understanding of industryProven experience in insurance claims environmentProven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and presentation skillsClient management skillsCII / CILA qualification (desirable) Key Responsibilities Manage and develop client relationshipsTake a pro-active consultative approach to understand client needs.To identify cause and effect relationships, patterns and trends.Work within the Global TPA team, and wider international group functions as appropriate to build robust solutions to meet client needsContribute to continuous improvement of Crawford services and deliveryConstructively engage with the Crawford network to ensure delivery of agreed serviceUphold Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all timesDemonstrating high levels of Integrity, Client Focus, Professionalism and TeamworkTimely reporting and provision of management information as requiredEnsure awareness and compliance with all corporate governance requirements (as well as general company policies and procedures)Actively seek to develop oneself and take responsibility for your own training and developmentNegotiate contract and pricing terms throughout the relationship period.
