About the Team
The Global Sales Effectiveness Team is a global team supporting Business Services including US, International, and UK&I sales organizations, as well as our Healthcare business. We have dedicated program managers who are embedded within each sales organization, acting as a dedicated resource to ensure we meet the unique training needs of each team.
Our primary responsibility is to provide learning that meets the needs of the business, fosters growth within the sales organization, and ultimately improves skills and performance. This involves building strategies that support sales goals, identifying training gaps, and assisting in meeting those goals and enhancing performance.
We offer a variety of training programs including sales new hire programs, supporting tools and processes, professional development, and leadership programs. Our aim is to ensure that everyone in the sales organization has the training, resources and support they need to succeed.
About the Role
This is a position that exists to provide training and development opportunities to sales in the region of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions UK&I Sales organization. The candidate will support the Regional VP and Directors in the ongoing development of the Sales and Customer Success Managers to improve their effectiveness and goal attainment.
Responsibilities
Ensures all training and development programs are consistent with LNRS vision, mission, values, and goalsSupport regional training needs analysis processes, collaborates on building the training programs to address them, coordinate the facilitation, delivery, and follow-up activitiesProvide ongoing coaching to sales focusing on selling skills, to reinforce LNRS best practicesFacilitate training programs and workshops in the region, including (but not limited to), new hire onboarding, LNRS selling methodology, and go-to-market training. Evaluate and adjust based on feedback providedCollaborates with the other regions to share best practices and to ensure the highest quality of trainingWork on multiple projects simultaneouslyPerform other duties as assignedRequirements
Fluency in English is mandatoryConsiderable successful experience in sales, effective experience in sales coaching, sales training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to deliver effective training programs and work with all levels of employees.Ability to work from our London, Bishopsgate office a minimum of 2 days per week.Basic knowledge of financial crime compliance or fraud and identity industry.Outstanding organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills to assess training needs, develop and implement appropriate training for a Program Area.Effective program management skills including, clear communication, efficient execution of tasks, strategic vision and planning and program evaluation skills.Strong management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Directors and Managers to develop and implement training for a Program Area.Solid computer and technical skills.Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work
